"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

"If my people..." I will endeavor to articulate the word "if". "I" equals me and "f" equals forgiveness of sin. Yahweh says: there is room and it is time that you (we) seek forgiveness. Forgiveness is based on repentance. When I say only "Father, forgive me" and go my sinful way, there will be no forgiveness. My first step should be that "I repent" which means that I regret what I have done in the past. Whatever thoughts, words or deeds which were not pleasing to Yahweh I must repent of. Followed by turning from my evil ways and rejecting the evil thoughts which occupied my mind and striving that Yahweh's Spirit may fill me through and through.

"Who are called by my name." Have we considered what it means to be called by His Name? If we are known as Yahwists, are we walking apostles of Yahweh and Yahshua? Only when we earnestly strive to please our Father in heaven, will He hear us.

"Shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways." To humble ourselves means to confess that we have done wrong according to Yahweh's Word. We have to search ourselves to discover how close or how far we are to or from Yahweh's Commandments. How often do we feel unhappy, not satisfied with ourselves? Our days seem more dreary than filled with joyfulness? Do we have an intimate relationship with the heavenly Father? That is what He wants from us. Is it understood that He is waiting on us to talk to Him every day? And even more than once! An earthly father should be an example of the heavenly Father. He is waiting for us to pour out our hearts before Him. Leave it, whatever weighs you down, whatever troubles you, bring it to the Throne of Grace! Hold nothing back.

"Then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Yahweh's ears are not shut to the prayers and supplications of His children. Repent and confess! Only then can you expect answers to your prayers. Does it seem some times you have to wait too long for an answer? So be it! Our time is in His hands. Use the waiting time and fill it with praise to the One who loves you most. Wonderful peace will fill your heart and you will feel lifted up. Circumstances that hindered you from being thankful will no longer keep you from being filled with joy and gladness. Yahweh stands by His Word, when we obey His Word, pray and seek His face, He will hear and heal our land, and even our hearts and minds.

Now, for just a short reflection, remember the shock of the occurrences on September 11, 2001? What did we hear and read? Afterward, people found time and reason to go to churches (religious services). Why? Think for a moment, the destruction of the World Trade Center was a wake-up call. It is the truth, we trusted in things man had engineered and constructed. Many felt proud of the high towers, of all the accomplishments. But where was the reference to our Creator? There was almost no acknowledgement of Yahweh's supremacy over the people or the land. The tragedy

occurred and Yahweh, our heavenly Father, the Creator of heaven and earth, allowed it. Yahweh is the One who will heal us and our land or let us perish in our sins. It is up to every single person to choose the way he/she wants to go. No one can ever blame Yahweh for our misery. We make the choice. Choose you this day.

In the Garden of Eden, the devil provided a Lie in place of the Truth, in the very beginning. Genesis 2:16-17, "And Yahweh Elohim commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat; But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."

Now comes the devil's lie. Genesis 3:4-5, "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die; For Elohim doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as Elohim, knowing good and evil."

Notice how the devil's lies continue through the traditions of man. Matthew 15:1-3, "Then came to Yahshua scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying, Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread. But He answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of Yahweh by your tradition?" Matthew 15:4-6, "For Yahweh commanded, saying, Honor thy father and mother: and, he that curseth father or mother, let him die the death. But ye say, whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have you made the Commandment of Yahweh of none effect by your tradition."

Many such like traditions of man are still going on in the lives of many, many [believers] who have been deceived into thinking they are living the bible way. The scriptures still proclaim the Truth, and have not been changed. But the desires of man to do things his own way, and not Yahweh's way, are still making the commandments of Yahweh of no effect, in many churches.

In Exodus 20:8-11 is another commandment that the traditions of man, have made of no effect in many churches. "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of Yahweh thy Mighty One: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days Yahweh made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yahweh blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it." See Genesis 2:1-3.

Because of the traditions of man, Yahweh's commandment to keep the seventh day of the week a Sabbath of rest, has become of no effect by man's desire to do things his own way, by saying; the Saviour's resurrection was on Sunday the first day of the week so this is why we keep the first day of the week, and not the seventh day. Man has no authority to change any of Yahweh's Ten Commandment Law. Our Saviour kept all of the ten commandments, thus leaving us an example, that we should follow His steps. The seventh day, was the only day that Yahweh blessed, and hallowed.

Because of the traditions of man "Yahweh's" appointed Feasts, His Holy [separated] Days, are made of no effect in many churches. In Leviticus 23:1-43, these are the Feasts of Yahweh: Yahshua's Memorial Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of Weeks, Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, Feast of Tabernacles, and the Last Great Day. These Feasts Yahweh gave to all believers for blessings. But man didn't want Yahweh's appointed Feasts, and made up his own appointed feasts, called Holidays such as:

Christmas, Easter, New Years Day, Sunday-first day of the week Sabbath, Good Friday, Halloween, Saint Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, etc.

Yahweh was also against Sodom and Gomorrah about having their own new moons, and feast days in Isaiah 1:14, "Your new moons and your appointed feasts My soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them."

The traditions of man have also made the true water baptism of no effect, by sprinkling the head with water, or pouring a cup of water on the head. The true baptism is being buried under water by Immersion. See Romans 6:3-5, Colossians 2:12, Matthew 3:16, Acts 8:38, John 3:23. Immersion is a symbol of being buried with Yahshua by baptism into death, even as Yahshua was raised from the dead, we shall also walk in newness of life.

In Exodus 20:7, "Thou shalt not take the name of Yahweh thy mighty one in vain; for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name to bring it to nought." Because of man's traditions they have made this commandment of no effect. They have made void the use of our Heavenly Father's one and only Name "Yahweh" in bible translations, by substituting the words LORD and GOD in capital letters, and in some scriptures the name Jehovah, in place of the true name "Yahweh". Cursing His name, and avoiding the use of His name, are two ways of taking His name in vain. Leviticus 26:14.

Likewise because of man's tradition of not using the Father's true name, they made void the use of our Saviour's true name, as John 5:43 states, "I am come in my Father's name, and you do not receive me; if another comes in his own name, him you will receive." Originally Matthew 1:21 states, "And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call His name YAHSHUA: for He shall save His people from their sins." The meaning of Yahshua is Yahweh saviour. Isaiah 43:11, Hosea 13:4. ... This is how our saviour Yahshua came in His Father's name. Matthew 21:9, 23:39; Mark 11:9; and Luke 13:35; each one of these scriptures has in them, this saying, "Blessed is He that cometh in the name of Yahweh."

Bible translators substituted the words L-RD and G-D in all capital letters, in place of the Heavenly Father's Name Yahweh, in over 6,823 places in the old testament of the bible. All truthful bible believers should read "Yahweh" wherever he or she sees L-RD or G-D in capital letters. Also the heavenly Father's name was omitted from the new testament over 1,290 times. Restoration of the Name, Yahweh, is necessary (Micah 4:5).

Yes, man's traditions have made the Word of Yahweh of no effect in many bible subjects. In Leviticus 11:1-47, Yahweh gave man this human manual to show us what is clean to eat and what is not clean to eat. Yahweh created man, and who would know better than He, what would keep our bodies healthy, or unhealthy. This manual has been made of no effect to many bible believers because of a misunderstanding of certain new testament scriptures, and the desires of man's lust of the flesh of eating things that taste good, whether they are fit for food or not. In Leviticus 11:45, Yahweh said, "You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy." The unclean animals, birds, fish and creeping things, were not made clean through the death of our Saviour, they were created unclean to do a certain job in the earth, just as the unclean buzzards were created to clean up dead carcasses. The clean animals, birds, fish and creeping things are for human consumption and were also used for sacrifices.

These traditions of man are causing many, many souls to live in unbelief. Study from the bible for yourself whether these things be so or not, and you too will find the truth will set you free from false teachings. …

There always has been and always will be two classes on the earth to the end of time, the believers in Yahshua the Messiah, and those who reject Him. Sinners, however wicked, abominable, and corrupt, by faith in Him will be purified, made clean, through the doing of His word. The truth will be a savor of life to those who believe, but the same truth will be to the unbeliever a savor of death unto death. Those who reject Yahshua and refuse to believe the truth, will be filled with bitterness against those who accept Yahshua as a personal Savior. But those who receive the Messiah are melted and subdued by the manifestation of His love in His humiliation, suffering, and death in their behalf. They behold Him as their substitute and surety, as pledging Himself to accomplish their full salvation through a plan that is consistent with the justice of Yahweh, and which vindicates the honor of His law. The presentation of the love Yahweh has is a convincing power above that of argument, controversy and debate, and drops the seed of the Good Tidings truth in the heart. The fact that Yahshua, innocent and pure, should suffer; that Yahweh should lay all His wrath upon the head of His dear Son; that the guiltless should bear the punishment of the guilty; and that the just endure the penalty of sin for the unjust, breaks the heart. As Yahshua is lifted up, conviction strikes to the soul, and the love that prompted the bestowal of the infinite gift of Yahshua, constrains the sinner to surrender all to Almighty Yahweh.

But how different is the case of him who refuses to receive the salvation purchased for him at infinite cost. He refuses to look upon the humiliation and love of Yahshua. He plainly says, "I will not have this man to reign over me." To all who take this attitude, Yahshua says, "I came not to send peace on the earth; but a sword." Matthew 10:34, TSS. Families [may] be divided in order that all who call upon the name of the Almighty Father Yahweh may be saved. All who refuse His infinite love will find the Messianic sword, a disturber of their peace. The light of Yahshua will cut away the darkness that covers their evil doings, and their corruption, their fraud and cruelty will be exposed. Yahweh's people unmask the hypocrisies of Satan, and it is this unmasking of his designs that stirs his bitter hatred against Yahshua and His followers.

It is impossible for anyone to become a true follower of Yahshua, without distinguishing himself from the worldly mass of unbelievers. If the world accepted Yahshua, then there would be no sword of dissension; for all would be disciples of Yahshua and in fellowship one with another, and their unity would be unbroken. But this is not the case. Here and there an individual member of a family is true to the convictions of his conscience, and is compelled to stand alone in his family or in the Assembly to which he belongs, and is finally compelled, because of the course of those with whom he associates, to separate himself from their companionship. The line of demarcation is made distinct. One stands upon the Word of Yahweh, the others upon traditions and sayings of men.

In one of His confidential talks with His disciples, a short time before He hung on the tree, Yahshua bequeathed to His followers His legacy of peace. He said: "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful" John 14:27. The peace that Yahshua gave to His disciples, and for which we pray, is the peace that is born of truth, a peace that is not to be quenched because of division. Without may be wars and fighting, jealousies, envies, hatred, strife; but the peace of Yahshua is not that which the world giveth or taketh away. It could endure amid the hunting of spies and fiercest opposition of His enemies. His peace was that which was born of love toward those who were plotting for His death. His deep love did not lead Him to cry.

PEACE I LEAVE WITH YOU

Peace and safety, when there was no peace for the sinner. Yahshua did not for an instant seek to purchase peace by a betrayal of sacred trusts. Peace could not be made by a compromise of principles; and His followers must often proclaim messages that are directly in opposition to the people's sins, prejudices and customs. They will be called upon to reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all long-suffering and doctrine. The heart of Yahshua was overflowing with love to every human being... and this love should have been discerned by those He came to save, inasmuch as He became poor, that we through His poverty might be rich. Yahshua understands the strength of Satan's temptations; for He was tempted in all points like as we are, yet without sin. But He never lessened the guilt of sin. He was the Savior, the Redeemer, and came to save His people from their sins.

Yahshua could have been at peace with the world only by leaving the transgressors of the law unreproved, unrebuked. This He could not do, for He was to take away the sins of the world. Those who are faithful sentinels will be charged by the world as being the disturbers of its peace, they will be charged with stirring up strife and with creating divisions. But they will only be bearing the reproach that fell on the Messiah. Yahshua the Messiah denounced unrighteousness, and His very presence was a rebuke to sin. The atmosphere that surrounded His soul was so pure, so elevated, that it placed the hypocritical rabbis, priests and rulers in their true position; and revealed them in their true character as claiming sanctity, and at the same time misrepresenting Yahweh and His truth.

In the rich loveliness of the character of the Messiah, zeal for Yahweh was always apparent. His righteousness went before Him, and the glory of the Almighty Yahweh was His rearward. He hated one thing only, and that was sin. but the world loved sin and hated righteousness, and this was the cause of the hostility of the world to Yahshua. If Yahshua the Messiah had given license to men to exercise their evil passions, they would have hailed this great miracle-worker with shouts of applause; but when He reproved sin, made open war upon selfishness, oppression, hypocrisy, pride, covetousness and lust, they said, "Away with this fellow, and give us Barabas."

Yahshua said, "The servant is not greater than his master. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also." John 15:20. There will never be any true unity between or with those who stand under the banner of Satan. The followers of Yahshua may follow the things that make for peace, they may earnestly desire to overcome the spirit of discord with the spirit of kindness and love, but the enemy will stir up his agents to bring about strife and division. It is a grave mistake on the part of those who are children of Yahweh to seek to bridge the gulf that separates the children of light from the children of darkness by yielding principle, by compromising the truth.

It would be surrendering the peace of Yahshua in order to make peace or fraternize with the world. The sacrifice is too costly to be made by the children of Yahweh to make peace with the world by giving up the principles of truth. Those who have the mind of Yahshua will let that light shine forth to the world in good works, but that light will bring about a division. Shall the light, therefore, be hid under a bed or under a bushel, because it will make a distinction between the followers of Yahshua and the world? It was the purity of the character of Yahshua that stirred up the enmity of a profligate world. His

Honorable Life-Style - Individual serves Yahweh and keeps Yahweh's Commandments.

1. Loves Yahweh.

2. Worships no idols.

3. Does not take Yah's name in vain.

4. Keeps the Sabbath.

5. Honors father and mother.

6. Does not murder.

7. Does not commit adultery.

8. Does not steal.

9. Does not lie about others.

10. Does not covet property of others.

"Draw near to Yahweh and He will draw near to you." (James 4:8).

Dishonorable Life-Style - Individual serves the Low-Life and ignores Yahweh's Commandments.

1. Loves the Low-Life.

2. Low-Life is his/her idol (drugs, alcohol, carousing).

3. Ignoring the Law is to take Yah's Name in vain.

4. Ignores the Sabbath.

5. Disobeys father and mother.

6. Ignores Yahweh's Law, so murders Yahshua afresh.

7. Commits all types of illicit vileness.

8. Steals, cheats, will not meet obligations.

9. Indulges in malicious gossip, falsehoods.

10. Covets property of others (autos, wives, husbands).

"Unfaithful creatures! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with Yahweh? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of Yahweh." (James 4:4). "Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you men of double mind." (James 4:8)

"I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse; therefore choose life ..." (Deuteronomy 30:19).

"...The soul that sinneth, it shall die." (Ezekiel 18:4).

"The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of Yahweh is eternal life in the Messiah Yahshua our Savior." (Romans 6:23).

"Blessed is the man who endures trials, for when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life which Yahweh has promised to those who love Him." (James 1:12).

The 18th Annual Unity Conference was held August 2-4, 2002 at the Assembly of Yahweh 7th Day in Cisco, Texas. We were graciously welcomed by the brethren with that great Texan hospitality. Elder Voy and Sister Myrtle Wilks, Pastor Farris and Sister JoAnn Wilks, Brother Joe and Sister Ruth York and countless others opened their hearts and the new meeting tabernacle to host this conference. The new meeting tabernacle building shows their love and devotion to our Almighty Creator Yahweh.

Farris Wilks (Cisco, Texas) welcomed all the brethren, passing out a schedule for the conference. Samuel Graham (Eaton Rapids, MI) opened the conference with scriptures. Psalm 133:3, How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell in Unity. Ephesians 4:3, Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 1 Corinthians 1:10, Now I beseech you brethren by the name of our Master Yahshua the Messiah, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. Ephesians 4:13, Till we come in the unity of the Faith and of the knowledge of the Son of Yahweh, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Messiah. 1 Peter 3:8, Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be tenderhearted, be courteous. Individual 2 minute introductions followed.

There were ten presentations throughout the conference. The following is a brief summary of the presentations:

1. Larry Acheson (Plano, TX) - Food Preparation on the 7th day Sabbath; especially the

meaning of cook, bake and boil (i.e. to prepare food by action of heat). Another issue was abstaining from work on the Sabbath. In food preparation is application of heat to food classified as work?

2. Roger Norman (Fort Worth, TX) - Purity in Marriage. Roger used illustrations of colored liquid and clear pure water to show how we can become impure if we become adulterated with others. We must keep Yahweh's Word pure in our lives and not let worldly opinions cloud our thinking. Roger added clarification to previous conference sharing on divorce and remarriage, admonishing us not to be hard-hearted.

3. Jerry Healan (Atlanta, TX) - Marriage Covenant. Jerry also wanted to look deeper into the subject. He admonished us in two sections: Adultery, a sin that is besetting us (which should not be in our congregations); and The two Covenants, a Comparison.

4. Michael Mastropaolo (Fort Smith, AR) - Has the Assembly Stagnated? Mike related

that the congregations as a whole are not witnessing the miracle power of Yahshua's followers in the new testament (Acts era). Mike, during the introductions, shared a song he had written entitled "Unity Tea" which was enjoyed by all. He admonished all to do some careful baggage screening of our faith; we could have picked up some untruth in other denominations.

5. Michael Banak (Oak Lawn, IL) - The Calculation of Yahweh's Feasts. He listed several ways believers today determine the Feast Days. Mike stated there were 70 plus variations of Feast calculations. He admonished us to work together. Many feel Yahshua will return on the Feast of Trumpets or on another day in the 7th month of Yahweh's calendar. Mike would like to see a board of elders, who would pray and fast and with the leading of Yahweh's Spirit, arrive at calculations we can all agree with.

8. Frank Brown (Clarksville, AR) - Passover, 14th or 15th Day of Abib? Much discussion has occurred on this subject also. Key issues: the meaning of between the two evenings; when was the Passover lamb slain; when did Yahshua die on the stake.

9. Dale Sabin (Barnett, MO) - Who Can Find a Virtuous Woman?, for her price is far above rubies. Dale presented some good ideas setting forth Betrothal as the proper way to take a wife. He remarked that the marriage system of today is at about a 50% failure rate. A marriage commitment is for every day, every week, every month, every year of our lives.

10. Charles Green (Conway, AR) - How to Observe the Ten Commandments. Charles gave the background of Yahweh's statutes and judgments which were given so we would know how to observe the commandments. Yahweh's Kingdom has four basic parts; Territory, People, Government and Laws. His presentation was direct and to the point. What a mighty one we worship.

Jerry Healan, George Garner (Rocheport, MO) and Samuel Graham gave reports on the prison ministry and missionary work in the Body of Yahshua. The inquiries from prisoners have greatly increased in the last two years. Sam Graham reported that with the new Word of Yahweh bible, there are numerous requests for free copies, which are filled as funds are available.

The Sabbath Day services at the Cisco Assembly were a blessing to all who attended. The special song offerings were spirit-filled and we didn't want it to end. John Robinson (Emory, TX) gave a message on how we need to be in harmony with the heavenly. We need to come out of the world, fast more, weep more for this nation and Yahweh's people. John asked, are we more preoccupied with Yahweh's Word or with the cares of this world? What Yahweh wants is changed lives, sincerity and truth.

From the very beginning of Creation, Yahweh set all things into its proper order, even our relationships. See Genesis 1:27 and 2:24, Mark 10:6-9. He is very specific in His Scriptures about what He expects our conduct to be toward one another and about variances from that order He put forth. (Concerning homosexuality, see Leviticus 18:22 and 20:13, Ezekiel 16:49-50, Romans 1:24-32, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, 1 Timothy 1:9-10).

So what brings someone to becoming homosexual? Because of political agendas and fear of backlash from pro-homosexual groups, homosexuality cannot be openly and freely studied. Hence, there is no scientific evidence it is genetic. None.

What has been gleaned by those who minister to homosexuals appears to have a common thread. As a child, he/she has a parent of the same sex who is absent (by death or divorce), or has a parent that is distant and unable to relate to that child, sometimes culminating into angry and adversarial relationships.

This leaves the child with no role model and much confusion, leaving them vulnerable to whatever winds of fate that may blow through their lives as they grow and learn. No protector, no comforter, no teacher. This child tends to withdraw from contact with other kids of the same sex as he or she doesn't seem to fit in thus "protecting themselves from hurting further." The same has been found to be true in many cases of alcoholism and drug abuse.

Does this description fit everybody? No. Because you are dealing with the complexity of human emotion. Ten people in a given situation will react in ten different ways. It does seem to be a common thread though.

Matthew 12:43-45, "When an unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walks through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, I will return into my house from which I came out; and when he is come he finds it empty, swept and garnished. Then he goes and takes with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and the last state of that man is worse than the first."

So you can see how important a parent is in the life of a child. Just as Yahweh, our Father, is important in our life and teaches us how to fill our house, our being-His temple (1 Corinthians 3:16), with good things, so must we teach our children the good things to fill their lives with and not be left empty, waiting for a void to be filled by someone else.

Effectively communicating the message of liberation from homosexuality through reparative therapy and conveying the fullness of redemption found in Yahshua, our Messiah for those who commit their life and sexuality to Him. And what a gift that redemption is!

In 1998, a study released by Masters and Johnson reported a 71.6% long-term success rate for those leaving homosexuality. That's 7 out of 10, 71 out of 100!

The Faith (6/12/02)

We are a small congregation located on a small piece of ground in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa. We respect the Sabbath and keep it and set it apart and use the Name, the only Name [Yahweh]. At present we do not have a building or temple, but gather together in a meeting tent even though we have a vision of building the appropriate temple or building.

It is kindly requested that you publish this letter with a sincere invitation to all Israelites to join us. Any and all correspondence is welcomed and appreciated.

Our weekly attendance on the Sabbath is a set-apart ritual of rejoicing, praises and singing, followed by many interesting honourable acts. We would like to involve more people in search of the truth.

Our goal/purpose is the following: Firstly, we would like to start an Evangelistical Missionary to accommodate roaming and established evangelists. Furthermore, we have the ability, experience and knowledge to train and educate eager students to evangelize. Moreover, we want to provide a resort for the needy, solitary and elderly, and also the orphans and widows. There are many desperate and lonely people in dire need of support and guidance. This resort will strictly be under the rules and ordinances of [Yahweh]. Only people ardent to learn the manner and way of Ha Elohim will be provided for.

Lastly, but not least, an important aspect would be to concentrate on our dying youth. However, we do not have sufficient funds so it has become a painstakingly slow process. We have therefore resorted to "The Faith" for help. If possible we would like you to make a modest request on behalf of our congregation to fellow believers all over the world.

Our request is to everyone and anyone who could and may assist us to fulfil this vision by contributing just $1.00 in an envelope. With sufficient $1.00's, it would enable us to purchase the correct facilities and ground. With this we would be able to guarantee a resort to any of our donators were they to visit South Africa. This means that they would always have a destination in South Africa be it [Yahweh's] will.

Matthew 6:20-21, "But be laying up for yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust doth tarnish and where thieves dig not through nor steal. For where thy treasure is there will be thy heart also."

Our motivation for this unusual request is faith in Yahshua Ha Mashiyach, our Saviour. Also, according to Matthew 7:7, "Be asking and it shall be given unto you, be seeking and you shall find, be knocking and it shall be opened unto you."

In Exodus 17:8-16, we are told about Israel's battle with the Amalekites and how Yah's people were victorious as long as Moses' hands were upheld. At the end of the day's battle, it is recorded how Moses built an altar and called the name of the altar, "Yahweh - nissi," or Yahweh, my banner. The word for banner, Strong's No. 5251, means banner, or flag, and symbolically means a flagpole. It derives from another Hebrew word, 5264, meaning to gleam from afar. (Who do we know who was the light of the world and who came from afar?) It also means to be conspicuous. And, again, who do we know who is conspicuous, and when He is lifted up, draws all men to Himself?

Isaiah uses this same word (5251) when referring to the Messiah in chapter 11:

"In that day the root of David will stand as an ensign to the people;

Him shall the nations seek." Isaiah 11:10 and 12.

It is the same word for when Moses lifted up among the people a bronze serpent upon a pole (nissi), Numbers 21:8-9, a rallying point of healing and life among the people. And likewise, in the battle with the Amalekites, the banner and the pole were the rallying point around which Israel was delivered.

Yahshua is the banner around which His people rally. He said in John 3:14 that if He be lifted up, He would draw all men unto Him - again referring to the pole (nissi, no. 5251) on which the bronze serpent was lifted in the wilderness. And in Philippians 2:9, it is stated that Yahweh highly exalted (lifted up) Yahshua and gave Him a name which is above every name.

From whom the whole (Strong's No. 3956 all, everyone) body fitly (4883 framed together) joined together and compacted (4822 knit together in affection) by that which every joint (860 bond, connection) supplieth, according to the effectual (1753 Super human power, efficiency) working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying (3619 building) of itself in love.

As like the angels of Yahweh in Genesis 28:12 ascending and descending a ladder set on the earth, reaching to heaven - high ways - we must in like manner climb the super human high way of spiritual growth unto and into spiritual perfection as Yahweh guides each and everyone of us, to be fitly joined (structurally sound) together as Yahweh and only Yahweh sees fit.

When we climb a ladder, we do not break or damage the rungs in the ladder, so as to allow others to climb up as we do ourselves (example: a spiritual child learning how to climb spiritually). Yes, we do instruct, if we have already experienced the same spiritual climb. Therefore we become of the know how, in love of Yahweh and others, thus bringing about Ephesians 4:10-16.
