Prices are:  Bonded Leather - $40.00 each when purchased singly, $35.00 each in case lot (carton) of 10 copies.  Hard Cover - $25.00 each when purchased singly, $20.00 each in case lot (carton) of 10 copies. Soft Cover - $20.00 each when purchased singly, $15.00 each in case lot (carton) of 12 copies.

Shipping and Handling costs are:  United States - $5.00 each, priority mail (approx. 2-3 days).  United States - Case Lot (10-12) $20.00 per case, media mail, $30.00 per case, priority mail.  Canada (S&H) - $10.00 each, priority mail intl., $50.00 per case lot (10-12), priority mail intl.
